Background of the Organization:

 Confirm Dynamic Limited (CDL) is a research and consultancy firm that has been playing a significant role in consultancy, research, education, training, and development in the public and private sectors, established in 1998 as Confirm Development Association. Later it was incorporated as Confirm Dynamic Limited. Our aim and objective are to highlight various problems & issues in society and the country through research, especially underprivileged people, and social victims, socio-economic deprivation and to achieve maximum impact with limited resources. 

The program seeks to empower women and children towards greater independence and self-reliance and increase their involvement in decision-making processes at all levels of society. Moreover, the direct participation of this (usually) marginal segment of the population leads to more rapid cultural change.

The main objective of the organization is to improve the socio-economic condition of the poor by effectively working to maintain the best standard of living.

The main vision of Confirm Dynamic Limited (CDL) is to establish itself as a successful human resource development organization, which is much needed in the current era of globalization and industrial revolution. Besides, appropriate programs are being formulated and implemented by specialized persons to develop relevant skills of the poor and disadvantaged people of Bangladesh so that they can become self-reliant through appropriate employment.
