We have personally 30 years  Project  in development sector as a development partner in Bangladesh.

Project  -01:

Dengue is a one kind of communicable disease and very danger of us. We are implemented the Dengue survey works on Dhaka City Corporation areas under DG Health. Professor Dr. Benzir was the Project Director and Dr. Ahsanul Karim was the Deputy Project Director. Recently we are implementing the program with the support of the Dhaka North City Corporation.

Project  -02:

As a Consulting Firm we are also consultancy Accounts and Audit. Every year about 175 small business firm and Community Based Organization (CBOs) supported consultancy for Accounts and Audit.

 

Project  -03:

This year, presently we  Dr. Anowaruzzaman Raton, the Chairman of this firm are implementing as a Deputy Team Leader of Impact Evaluation, supervision & monitoring of the project Construction of Housing for Landless & Underprivileged Muktijoddhas in Bangladesh under LGED. Mr. Ajaz Morshed Choudowry is the Project Director of the program through IMED, Ministry of Planning. The program is completed.

 

Project  -04:

We are implementing the National Research program of Identifying and mapping the routes of drug trafficking in Bangladesh: Pitfalls and way forward under Department of Narcotics Control, Ministry of Home Affairs. Mr. Md. Nurruzzaman Sharif ndc is the Joint Secretary & Director of this program.

Project  -05:

We are implementing the National Research program of Drug addiction in Slum Dwellers adjacent to railway Stations as well as other areas in Bangladesh and appropriate measures against drug abuse under Department of Narcotics Control, Ministry of Home Affairs. Mr. Md. Nurruzzaman Sharif ndc is the Joint Secretary & Director of this program.

Project  -06: 

2007 – 2008 we are done the Land Reform activities through SAMATA, funded by DFID. Our worked was Land Survey, Khas land measurement, monitoring & valuation for land recovery, Impact assessment for land accountability and Resettlement through Skills development Training to the landless farmers for the rural areas.

Project  -07:

Recently we completion the program of Baseline Study of Efficient and Accountable Local Governance through LGED, funded by UNDP. Mr. Amitab Sharker, Add: Secretary of Local Government Division was the National Project Director, EALG Project and Mr. Zobdul Haque, formal Add: Director General (ADG) of BBS, was the Team Leader and Consultant of this Survey Study. The program implemented by Policy Research Institute of Bangladesh- PRI of Dr. Ahsan H. Munsur.

 

Project  -08:

We was the Executive Director of ALORAN then we work Environmental Sanitation Program at Laxmipur district in Bangladesh through ICDDR’B funded by SDC. We work there survey study of Environmental Sanitation Program through Dr. Bilkis Amin Haque, PI.

Project  -09:

We are complete survey work of Mirpur -14 to Kalshi khal under Dhaka North City Corporation with the supervision of the Word Councilor of Mr. Kazi Jahirul Islam Manik.

Project  -10:

We are reconstruction work of Ibrahimpur Khal under Dhaka North City Corporation with the supervision of the Word Councilor of Mr. Md. Kayem Khan. We are down the cannel Identify, reshuffling and bank protection work.

Project  -11:

We worked & Consultancy services on Second Rural Infrastructure Improvement Project (RIIP-2), under LGED; Mr. Mahbubur Rahman was the Project Director (PD). There we arranged the Rural Road Maintenance Training for the LCS women. RIIP-2 project was also Business Training program for the LCS women. We are given training about 600 women of all upazilla at Mymensing district in Bangladesh.

Project  -12:

We worked on Second Rural Employment & Road Maintenance Project (RERMP-2) under Golam Quddus and Salma Shahid, Project Director (PD) of RERMP2, LGED. There are a Rural Road development maintenance work and Livelihood Training program for the LCS women of the Mymensing, Jamalpur, Netrokona & Sherpur districts of all Upazillas on 3,750 beneficiaries women.

Project  -13:

We worked on research program of Malaria disease control in Bangladesh under Health Education Bureau of Ministry of Health; we have the Team Leader of this project.

 

Project  -14:

We also worked on Vocational Training Program of HILIP Project at Netrokona and others districts under LGED. The Project Director is Mr. Gopal Chandro Sarker. We implementing the training program of the Haor peoples, especially women. They are get Handicrafts training in our training center for skill development and Marketing, Business policy, about 2,000 peoples of water Basin arias. We give training about 7, 000 peoples and all they are women. 

Project  -15:

Waste Management Program in Patuakhali Municipal Corporation Area and Clinical activities in Barishal City Corporation. The Patuakhali district is the southern part of Bangladesh nearly the Bay of Bengal. The city is the bounded by the river. River service is the main communication. Maximum house hold are fallen their garbage in open place of river. So, the organization gets the permission from Patuakhali Municipal Corporation to collect the garbage from door to door. The organization collects the garbage and dumping them in nearest place of city for manufacturer the Natural Fertilizer with the support of the Winrock International. Our products name was CONFIRM Fertilizer. This fertilizers sale on local markets on 2013 to till now.  We are also working Clinical Waste Management activities with Aid Organization jointly at Barishal City Corporation areas since 2011.

Project  -16:

2nd Performance Assessment Survey of Upazila  Parishad (491) under Upazila Governance and Development Project (UGDP) & LGD, funded by JICA.  This is  survey work on 10th October 2017 and completed within 90 days. Prof. Dr. Azizur Rahman is the Team Leader of this program and a lot of data analysts are works with. Upazilas Performance Assessment Survey menace to works of 17 departments of Governments body like: 1.Law and Order, 2. Communication and Physical Infrastructure Development, 3. Agriculture and Irrigation, 4. Secondary and Madrasa Education, 5. Primary and Mass Education, 6. Health and Family Welfare, 7. Youth and Sports Development, 8. Women and Children Development, 9. Social Welfare, 10, Freedom Fighters, 11. Fisheries and Livestock, 12. Rural Development and Cooperatives, 13. Culture, 14. Environment and Forestry, 15. Market Price Observation, Monitoring and Control, 16. Finance, Budget, Planning and Local Resource Mobilization, and 17. Public, Health, Sanitation and Pure Drinking Water Supply.  The value of contract is Tk. 91,05,900/-.  The Client is The Project Director (Joint Secretary), UGDP, Local Government Division, DPHE Bhaban (Ground Floor), Kakrail, Dhaka.

 

Project  -17:

National Hygiene Promotion Strategy -2012 dissemination of districts level at Secondary School  and Issue Based Workshop through PSU under LGD. This is the program of National consultancy activities of National Hygiene Promotion Strategy 2012. It is a program of Maintenance the Hygiene program in district level of mass peoples. We are dissemination the program at districts level with district government high official and concern authority that are work at WASH program. We are management the whole program at 23 districts level and implementation, then evaluation the program for the betterment of the peoples about Hygiene. The program is started on May’2017 and Competed December’ 2018.

Project  -18:

Bangladesh is a disaster porn area of the world. Patuakhali district is the southern part of Bangladesh and near of The Bay of Bengal Ocean. Natural disaster, flood and Cyclone het the patuakhali on every year. So, we are work on disaster preparedness and rehabilitation program for the flood affected peoples. We are arranged pre disaster campaign, Awareness program, Exhibition of about disaster. We done the Ayela Cyclone program through the financial support of USAID at Patuakhali district. 

Project  -19:

Community Health Awareness for the Prevention of Communicable Disease (through Advocacy/campaign /IPC) through Bureau of Health Education (BHE) under Ministry of Health.

 

It is a general health program for the mass peoples of Bangladesh. We are arranged seminar for the Communicable Diseases in 64 districts and 64 Sadar Upazila of Bangladesh. We provided the services of IEC materials, Jacket folder, Folder, Three folder, binding poster, and leaflet. We also show the Video program for the buildup of Communicable diseases. We are arranged 2 National Level Workshop for the lunching and final report discrimination. The program completed on 2016.

Project  -20:

Health Education Campaign for the prevention of Oral Cancer and Tobacco Smoking through Bureau of Health Education under Ministry of Health. Consultancy services for Health Education Campaign for the prevention of Oral Cancer and Tobacco Smoking supported by Bureau of Health Education (BHE) under Ministry of Health on implementing the program in Bangladesh. The program designed for the one year of all district and upazilla in Bangladesh. We are doing campaign in all upazilla of Bangladesh for the betterment of the Oral Cancer and Tobacco Smoking. The program completed on 2015.

Project  -21:

Save the Costal Environment and Social Economic Development Program through Bangladesh NGO Foundation. It is an environment program for the save our climate and develop the poor of the society for the economic condition through tree plantation. This program to save our climate and natural disaster. We are working with NGO Foundation from 2008 to till date. It’s a continuous and sustainable program for save the environment.

Project  -22:

Training Program of Rural Women for South Western Bangladesh Rural Development Project through LGED funded by JICA. LGED designed the program for the rural distressed women to develop their social life and livelihood. We implementing the training program for GC/ RM stakeholders (Training on gender and environmental issues), women shopkeepers of WMS (Training on Shop management and skill development, Training on functions of MMC and Banik Samity), LCS members (Training on Social and gender awareness, Training on Group formation and management, Training on Health and hygiene, Training on Savings and credit management, Training on Skill development for income generation).

Project  -23:

Eradication of Hazardous Child Labour in Bangladesh through Ministry of Labour & Employment funded by ILO. The program work for the hazardous working children of urban areas of Bangladesh aged 10 to 14. At first survey the total children of labour, then organized the targeted children for their Non-Formal Education (NFP) and Skill Development Training (SDT) under the implementing areas from June 2012 to December 2014. We are arranged 9 no of vocational tread on Mobile servicing, Block, Boutique and Embroidery, Beauty Parlor and Hear dressing, Mason and Plumbing, Wood work, Radio TV Mechanics, Trailering and Embroidering, Cycle and Riksha rehearing, Handicrafts Training.

Project  -24:

Monitoring and Policy Advocacy on Livelihood of the Fishing Community through Action Aid Bangladesh & Coastal Fisher Folk Community Network (COFCON). It is a monitoring and advocacy program of local CBOs, which are established by the COFCON for the development of fishing Community.  The network members are develop their capacity and organizing the fishing man to their life style.

Project  -25:

Non-Formal Primary Education Program through APHD & BRAC. This is the program of non-formal primary education program for the rural children of Jamalpur district. We are implementing the program of non-formal education from 1994 to 1995 through financial support of APHD and 1994 to 2011 with the collaboration of BRAC.

Project  -26:

Village Sanitation Center (VSC) through NGO Forum. We implementing a Sanitation Center for the improvement of PICT Latrine for the rural mass peoples. The program is running from 1997 to 2012 with the support of NGO Forum for Drinking Water Supply and Sanitation.  

Project  -27:

Legal Aid and Integrated Mediation Program. This is the Mediation activities and Legal aid support program for the rural distressed women. The program in implementing by the financially support of Madaripur Legal Aid Association. The program is organized the rural women for the legal supports and Human Rights.

Project  -29:

Smallholder Livestock Development Project through under Ministry of Fisheries & Livestock with DANIDA. We have demonstrated working Project  in livestock sector, and also in PRA tools use for beneficiary selection. They have verged Project  with DLS and local government. We implemented, Smallholder Livestock Development Project in Five Southern District, The Provision of development Support.

Project  -30:

Resources mobilization to the Agricultural Technology Transfer Program for Women development, Women Empowerment and Gender equation, Funded by SDC. Our main activities was to delivery and trained up Agricultural Technology development.

Project  -31:

We worked with HurvestPlus Bangladesh for delivery of Zink Rice in Bangladesh at Jamalpur district. Dr. Khairul Basher is the Country Chief of the HurvestPlus Bangladesh. We are work since 2014 to 2018 date. Now we are collection and storage the Zink Rice Seeds for more cultivation in Bangladesh. Total we are arranged 500 farmers Zink Rice Training early at Jamalpur district.

Project  -32:

We worked with Jointly Bongobandhu Sheikh Mojibur Rahman Agricultural University at Salna, Gazipur for Crops cultivation at Monga areas of Northern part of Bangladesh funded by the Krishi Gobashona Foundation – KGF, under Prof. Dr. Maynul Haque, Department of Agro-Economic. There we worked identify, assess and prioritize High Value Crops (HVCs) at Rangpur, Dinajpur, Nilphamary and Tangail district. We are trained up about 3,000 farmers, data summarized of 3 years in same districts.

Project  -33:

We the Executive Director of this organization worked also agricultural sector in Bangladesh, corps cultivation at flood affected areas. We worked with International Rice Research Institute – IRRI at Patuakhali district, southern part of Bangladesh from 2013 to 2015. We arranged 5,500 farmers for Training of cultivation flood affected crops through IRRI. We worked feasibility study for research on high value crops, survey, data collection, monitoring & evaluation, market assessment and value chains analysis of agricultural commodities.
